The social enterprise programme in Department of Health (DH) which supports these NHS spin-outs has joined up with the Mutuals Team within Cabinet Office. This partnership boosts support for public sector staff wishing to form mutuals and take control of their services. It enables continued and dedicated support for the Right to Request and Right to Provide policies. It will also encourage shared learning between the NHS spin-outs and the Cabinet Office Mutual Pathfinders.
